I cooked and ate one of these last night....

I did it up in a Thai style coconut milk curry sauce. It was delicious. A little chewy, but good.

    It was a little too chewy for me, but it looked cool. All the little tentacles and so forth.

    It was a bit like chewing on a bicycle inner tube. It was better as a ceviche.
